1. Agreement & Ownership

Welcome to Unique Choice ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of uniquechoice.in, store check-in kiosks, offline POS billing, corporate B2B procurement, and online purchases. By creating an account, visiting our experience store, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms under Indian Jurisdiction.

2. 32-Point Refurbished Inspection Standards

All laptops, MacBooks, Mac Minis, and desktop PCs sold by Unique Choice are genuine certified refurbished products subjected to strict testing:

• Hardware Inspection: Display panel, CPU stress test, RAM, SSD health, port connectivity, keyboard backlight, and trackpad responsiveness.
• Condition Grading: Products are classified as Grade A+ (Open Box / Like New), Grade A (Superb minimal marks), or Grade B (Good value).
• Battery Health Minimum: Every portable laptop and MacBook carries a minimum 80%+ battery health capacity guarantee.

3. 6-Month Comprehensive Warranty Terms

Every device comes with an official 6-Month Hardware Warranty registered against the device Serial Number.

4. Pricing, GST Invoices & B2B Procurement

All prices shown on the platform are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless specified.

• GST 18% Tax Credit: Business buyers can input their GSTIN during checkout to claim 18% Input Tax Credit (ITC).
• Corporate Quotations: Bulk orders qualify for formal PDF proforma quotations with customized payment terms.
• Credit Notes: Order modifications or product returns are credited via official Credit Notes (`CN-XXXXXX`).
